Terms and Conditions
- The site which displays Bestcupid.com's banners, logos or codes is heretofore known as the "Host".
- The computer user, who clicks on Bestcupid.com's banner, is heretofore know as the "IP".
- Each Host account is on-line. All checks will be paid within 30 days of the next calendar month.
- All accounts are paid by check and drawn on U.S. funds.
- Accounts with hidden window option totaling less than $35.00 will receive their payment when the account total reaches $35.00. Accounts with per click option will receive the payment when the total balance will reach $50.
- The Host receives the payment for as long as it remains active.
- Only Bestcupid.com records determine the amount of commissions paid.
- Rates are subject to change for each individual Host site without notification and will be based on Host's site activity.
- Bestcupid.com will terminate all accounts that are idle for two weeks and more, without prior notice.
- Only one account per website, person or organization.
- An unlimited amount of Bestcupid.com banners, logos and text links may be posted ( per click option only).
- Only one page per URL is allowed to be registered for Hidden window option.
- Under no circumstances may the Host make their own banners, logos, text links or codes for use with Bestcupid.com partner program.
- Bestcupid.com banners, logos, script codes and text links are the only recognized links to our site. All blind links, other text links and/or any other misuse of hits and generating blind ( useless traffic) are cause for immediate termination of the Host account. In such cases, Bestcupid.com will not pay for any commission listed for that Host site
- Absolutely no spams on the search engines, news groups or mailing lists, bulk mail, mass mail, unsolicited mail etc.. Spamming will be cause for legal action. Furthermore, Bestcupid.com will not pay for any of the acquisitions listed on that Host site.
- The Host will uphold the ethics of the Internet while hosting Bestcupid.com banners, logos, scripts and text links.
- All Hosts must notify Bestcupid.com before any changes to or termination of their account.
- Bestcupid.com is not responsible for loss due to down times because of complications with the hosting equipment or
because of technical errors.
- Bestcupid.com reserves the right to terminate this program at any time, without notification.
- Bestcupid.com has the right to terminate a host's agreement during the first month without any prior notification and without any of the above specified reasons.
- Bestcupid.com has the right to terminate a host's account at any time due to fraudulent activities. This termination is at the discretion of Bestcupid.com and is based upon the review of accounts each month and patterns of fraudulent traffic and Webmaster acquisitions that may appear in this review. The traffic coming from the Host which produces no or very low activity in the program may be considered as fraudulent traffic and the Host's account may treated as such. The Host understands and agrees termination of an account will result in the forfeit of all the Host's commission.
- In the case that Bestcupid.com believes that a Host has violated or acted inconsistently with the rules of Bestcupid.com or the intent of this Agreement, then Bestcupid.com has the right to terminate, at Bestcupid.com sole discretion, that Host's account. The Host understands and agrees termination of an account will result in the forfeit of all the Host's commission.
- The Host understands and agrees that Bestcupid.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of accounts shall be final and binding.
- Bestcupid.com reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any part thereof, at any time. The Host understands the most recent version of this Agreement will be located on the Bestcupid.com web site.
- All of the above terms and conditions apply to all Bestcupid.com websites.
- Bestcupid.com reserves the right to promote it's own and/or it's partner's sites through this partner program.
